串本体は孟宗竹を一本一本、手作業で削り出しており、手作りならでは風合いの違いをお楽しみください。

At its base is a manually bleached hozuki (Chinese lantern plant), complemented by a variety of seasonal blooms.

・ドライフラワーは繊細ですので、お取り扱い時に無理に力をかけてしまいますと、花や葉の折れや欠けなどの可能性がございますのでお取り扱いには十分ご注意ください。 ご使用時の破損補償はございません。
・水をかけないでください。
・小さなお子様やペットが口に入れないようにご注意ください。
・草花にトゲなどがある場合がございますので、ご注意ください。
・ドライフラワーは常温で発送いたします。

■ドライフラワー花材を飾る場所/お手入れについて
・直射日光、高温多湿の場所、空調等の直風、密閉空間、水場を避け、明るく風通しの良い日陰でお楽しみください。
・埃や汚れが付着した際は乾いた柔らかいタオル等で軽く拭きとってください。

■ドライフラワー花材の寿命について
・ドライフラワー花材の経年変化の程度や速さは、種類や飾る環境によって異なります。
・おおよそ、3ヵ月を経過したころより、経年変化によって徐々にセピア色に変色し、欠けや散りが生じてくる場合がございます。

■配送について
・ご入金いただいてから発送まで４日～７日程お時間を頂いております。
・ご希望の到着日時がある方は備考欄にご記入をお願いいたします。
・お急ぎの方は問合せフォームよりご相談ください。
・ご到着希望日時をご指定いただいた場合でも運送状況により、遅れが生じる場合がございます。
・銀行振込にてご購入されたお客様へは、入金確認後の発送となります。※確認メール送信後7日以内となります。

・発送時の破損等を除いて、返品は承っておりませんので、商品受取後すぐに開封し、状態をご確認ください。

The dried flower products handled by Hugre Online Store may include flowers or leaves obtained from pruned garden plants or discarded parts of vegetables.

You may find bent stems, scratches or insect bites on leaves or petals, or changes in color, but please enjoy these as the natural beauty that cannot be artificially reproduced.

【Handling of Dried Flowers】

Dried flowers are delicate; applying excessive force when handling them may cause petals or leaves to break or chip, so please handle with care. We do not offer compensation for damage during use.

Do not pour or spray water on them.

Keep them out of reach of small children and pets to prevent accidental ingestion.

Some plants may have thorns, so please take care.

Dried flowers are shipped at room temperature.

Displaying and Caring for Dried Flowers

Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures and humidity, direct airflow from air conditioning, enclosed spaces, and damp areas. Display in a bright, well-ventilated shaded area.

If dust or dirt accumulates, gently wipe it off with a dry, soft cloth.

Lifespan of Dried Flower Materials

The degree and speed of aging vary depending on the type of flowers and the environment in which they are displayed.

As a general guide, after about three months, they may gradually turn sepia in color and develop chips or shedding due to natural aging.

【Shipping】

Orders are shipped within approximately 4–7 days after payment is received.

If you have a preferred delivery date and time, please write it in the remarks column.

Even if you specify a preferred delivery date, delays may occur due to shipping conditions.

For customers paying by bank transfer, shipping will take place after payment is confirmed. Payment must be made within 7 days after receiving the confirmation email.

Upon Arrival of Dried Flowers

Except for damage that occurred during shipping, we do not accept returns. Please open your package and check the condition immediately upon receipt.

If you find any damage, please contact us via the shop’s inquiry form immediately. We cannot respond to damage reports made the day after arrival or later.

Due to seasonal fluctuations in procurement costs, sales prices and shipping fees may change depending on the time of year.
